Our accommodation is reasonably priced, tasteful, comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy N2 garden route freeway.
The colonial architecture of the lodge is pleasant to the eye. There is direct access to the patio where you can relax and watch sunbirds having a drink or sit back and enjoy the beautiful tranquil scenery. Freekie, the Cape Robin, might pay you a visit for a snack of cheese. We have birdlife in abundance. You can hear the blue crane, while the guineafowl and partridges announce their presence in the garden.
Come and soak up the sun or refresh in the pool on a hot summer’s day. Tarentaal lodge is pet friendly, but we request that you let us know about your furry friend’s presence prior to your visit. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional fee.
